What Hotelify is

Hotelify is a hotel reservation tracker. You forward confirmation emails to track@auth.hotelify.dev and we parse and store the reservation details so you can view them in one place.

Data we collect

• Account email address — used to authenticate you and route forwarded emails to your account.
• Forwarded email content — subject line and body of hotel confirmation emails you forward to us. We extract reservation details and then discard; we do not store raw email bodies.
• Reservation data — structured fields extracted from your emails: hotel name, dates, confirmation number, room type, rates, cancellation policy, and similar booking details.
• Device tokens — if you use the iOS app and enable push notifications, we store your APNs device token to send cancellation-deadline reminders.

How we use your data

• Display your hotel reservations to you.
• Send push notifications for upcoming cancellation deadlines.
• Nothing else. We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising.

Data retention

Your reservation data is retained until you delete it or close your account. You can delete individual reservations at any time from the app.

Your rights

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time directly in the app: open Settings and tap Delete Account. Deletion is immediate and permanent. If you need further assistance, email privacy@hotelify.dev.

Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is restricted by row-level security — each user can only access their own data.

Changes

Material changes to this policy will be communicated via the email address on your account.
