By using Hotelify (the website at hotelify.dev and the iOS app), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

What Hotelify does

Hotelify parses hotel confirmation emails you forward and stores the extracted reservation data for your personal use. It is a personal organization tool — not a booking service.

Acceptable use

You agree to:

  • Forward only your own hotel reservation emails.
  • Not attempt to access other users' data.
  • Not reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service.
  • Not use the service for any unlawful purpose.

Your data

You own your reservation data. We store it to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for details on how it's handled.

Accuracy

Reservation details may contain errors. Always verify critical information — check-in dates, cancellation deadlines, and confirmation numbers — against your original booking confirmation. Hotelify is not responsible for decisions made based on parsed data.

Availability

We provide the service as-is and make no guarantees of uptime or availability. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.

Disclaimer of warranties

Hotelify is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hotelify and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Account termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
